Weight Plateau / Stuck Breaking Nutritional Strategy

A. ROW VEGETABLE JUICE:-

Foods to be Taken:

Carrot 1pc,
Apple 1pc,
Cabbage(250GMS),
Tomato- 1PC, With Spices(Garam Masala}.
OR

02. Row Spinach, Tomato, Garlic, Roasted Methi Seeds

GRAINED ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENT IN A MIXER AND CONSUME WITH OUT STRAINING.

B. BANANA PLAN            

DURATION: - 1.5 DAY’S

Foods to be Taken:

Banana- 10-12 pc+Skimmed Milk/Card 1.5LT.
Row Veg/Cooked Vegetable
(NO POTATOES, NO SALT, NO SUGAR).LIME & SWEETENER ALLOWED.

MORNING: - Tea 1Cup
BREAK FAST: - Banana 1-2PC+Skimmed Milk+Cucumber.
MID MORNING:- Salads{Row Vegetable/Very Thin Butter Milk}. PEPPER POWDER CAN BE ADDED.
LUNCH: - Vegetable Soup (No Potato & Beetroot)
Banana 1-2PC+Skimmed Milk/Curd Cucumber-2pc (CAN MAKE RAITA/BANANA MILK SHAKE).
MID EVENING:- Banana 1-2pc+Skimmed Milk/Curd
DINNER: - SAME AS LUNCH.

NOTE: - PLAN TO BE CONTINUED TILL NEXT DAY MID MORNING.AFTER THAT MUST BE CONSULTING TO RESPECTED PERSON.


AFTER THE PLAN 3DAY’S NON CEREAL DIET HAS TO BE FOLLOWED WHERE IN YOU CAN EAT YOUR PROPER MEAL’S BEGINNING WITH FLUIDS FOLLOWED BY SALAD,VEGETABLE,FRUITS,DAL/CARD.

AVOID:- RICE,WHET,OATS,BARLEY,BAJRA,RAGI,CORN,MAIDA, BREAD,BISCUIT, POHA, SUJI ,KURMURA,NOODLE,PASTA,MAGI,CHOWMIN,MACARONI ALL NON VEGS ITEMS.

C. APPLE PLAN          

DURATION: - 2DAY’S

Foods to be Taken:- Apple 8PC, Milk-2.5LT, Salad (FREE FOOD),
                               (AVOID OIL, SUGAR, SALT RESTRICTED).
BREAK FAST:- Apple-2PC+Skimmed Milk 250ML
MID MORNING:- Fresh Lime Water 1Glass.( NO SALT & SUGAR)
LUNCH:- Vegetable Soup 1Bowl+Salad 1 Plate+Boil Vegetable-2 Katori.+Apple 2PC.
EVENING: - Tea
DINNER: - SAME AS LUNCH.


ITEM TO BE TAKEN: PROTEIN, FRUITS, VEGETABLE, DAL, SPROUTS, MILK, CARD.

AVOID:- CEREAL’S

D. CHICKEN PLAN

DURATION:- 2 DAYS

BREAK FAST:- Skimmed Milk 1Glass + Fruits-1PC(100GMS). (THOSE ALLOWED)
MID MORNING:- Lemon Water 1Glass
LUNCH:- VegetableSoup 1Bowl + Salad 1Plate + Boiled Vegetable 1 Bowl+Roasted Chicken 2PC (100-125GMS).
EVENING:- 1 cup Tea
DINNER:- SAME AS LUNCH

NOTE:- AFTER 3 DAYS NON FOLLOW 1 TAKE PROTEIN AVOID CEREAL.

E. BESAN / DAL CHILLA PLAN

DURATION:- 2DAY’S

BREAKFAST :- Skimmed Milk + 1PC Besan Chilla
MID MORNING:- Fresh Lime Water 1Glass
LUNCH:- Clear Vegetable Soup 1Bowl+Salad 1Bowl+Boiled Vegetable 1Bowl+1pc Besan Chilla.
EVENING:- Tea 1 Cup
MID EVENING: - Fruits 100gms.
DINNER: - SAME AS LUNCH

AVOID NON CEREAL ITEM

FRESH BESAN CHILLA SHOULD BE MADE 25-30GMS OF BESAN IN NON STICK PAN WITH OUT OIL, VEGETABLE LIKE CARROT, CABBAGE, ONION, GREEN CHILIES &CORIENDER COULD BE ADDED

F. BROWN BREAD PLAN

DURATION: - 1.5DAY’S

Foods to be Taken:- Brown Bread- 6-8PC Milk 2-5 Glass Curd Dip Salad 1-2 SERVING

VEGETABLE FREE FOOD RESTRICT SALT & SUGAR

BREAK FAST: - Skimmed Milk 1 Glass + Brown Bread 2PC with salad
MID MORNING:- Fresh Lime Water 1Glass/ Fruits 1(100GMS)
LUNCH:- Vegetable Soup 1Bowl+Salad 1Plate+Boiled Vegetable 1Bowl + Brown Bread 2Slices.
EVENING:- Tea 1Cup
MID EVENING:- 1 Fruits (100GMS).
DINNER:-SAME AS LUNCH.

TAKE PROTEIN

G. MILK FRUIT PLAN

Foods to be Taken  :-  ( Uncooked Weight)

Double Tonned Milk  : 750ml
Fruits : 400Gms ( Guava , Papaya, Sweet lime, Water Melon)
Vegetable :- Plenty Amount (Except Potato, Yam, & any other Underground Vegetable)

Menu :-

EARLY MORNING :- 2-3gl Luke warm Water
BREAK FAST – D.T Milk 250ml
MID MORNING- fruit 200gm
LUNCH - Veg Soup1bowl Salad- 1bowl, d.t milk 250milk
EVENING –Fruits 200gm
DINNER –Veg Soup 1bowl + Salad 1bowl + D.T milk 250ml

H. KETOGENIC DIET

WAKE UP:- Kalajira + 1Gl Water.
EARLY MORNING : Tomato Soup + 2tsp Butter
BREAK FAST : 2 Whole egg + Coconut 30Gm+  Cucumber.
MID MORNING: 1gl Veg Soup/ Fruit
LUNCH :- Fish 250-300gm with 4-5tsp Butter+ Vegetable.
EVENING:- green Tea/ Cucumber/ Fruit
DINNER:-SAME AS LUNCH.
BED TIME : 1gl Tomato Juice + 2tsp Butter.+ Chinaman 1tsp.

Note :-Strictly Avoid Sugar/ Any Form of Disposable Medicine. Otherwise Wt will bounce back within a Days.
Continue For 1 Week. Treatment Result -3.5-5Kg/ Wk.
No Vigorous Exercise.  Walking / Swimming Can do.
